Hooray! It’s another Small Business Sunday friends!
This week I am featuring an amazing sweater and necklace from a local boutique Wild Ginger. Green Bay is a pretty small place, and to be honest it’s not all that exciting… But stepping into this boutique will transport you to far away lands. The entire boutique is decked out with gorgeous Asian Pacific pieces of furniture and household accessories.
It feels almost like you stepped into an amazing outdoor (but indoor) market. Gorgeous leather and beaded necklaces hang from branches, little dishes are filled with gorgeous gem stone earrings, and all the different textiles in the shop are absolutely scrumptious.
When the lady who was helping me pick out pieces to feature on the blog I was initially a bit skeptical of this sweater… But as soon as I tried it on I immediately changed my mind. *cue song Sweater Weather*
I felt like a giant cuddly polar bear, in the best way possible of course. This sweater is a must have for Fall you guys. I would wear it everywhere. To class, while sitting on my couch drinking cocoa, to the store to buy doughnuts, over winter break while I’m chilling in a ski lodge, on Christmas morning to be cozy yet still look phenomenal. The list really does goes on and on.
And GUESS WHAT! Wild Ginger is offering anyone who mentions this post in the next month 10% off any piece of clothing or fashion accessory! I might just go buy myself and everyone on my Christmas list this sweater, so if you want it… Hurry up. It won’t be there too long!
In this post I’m showing you two different ways to style it. With just a huge, oversized, amazing necklace like the one from Wild Ginger.
Or with a cool belt in a contrasting color like I did here! This is the same belt I featured in *this* post, the one that’s amazing, and vintage, and lovely, and perfect, and given to me by my mother. (In case you didn’t know which belt.)
Since it’s still summer I paired it with a funky pair of animal print chunky heels, but the entire outfit would look great with some heeled booties, or riding boots for Fall and Winter.
Speaking of which, I’m excited for but dreading all at the same time. I’ve said it before, Fall = Hot Chocolate. Hot Chocolate = Amazing. But Fall also = Almost Winter. Winter = Disgustingly cold temperatures. BUT I think braving Winter won’t be as difficult for you guys if you have this sweater!
So if you’re in Green Bay make sure you hit up Wild Ginger for some new duds since it’s getting close to sweater weather!
