Learning How To Wife

Hey friends! I am so excited to announce that I am launching a Lifestyle section on my blog! This is partially due to a ongoing homework assignment, partially because I think I’m pretty stinking funny, and partially because I’m getting married in June and apparently I need to cook meals for Cristian…? I thought if I paid for bill at Cheesecake Factory that constituted cooking. Apparently I was wrong.

I can’t wait for you to follow me along on my adventures as I learn how to be a wife, and I’ve decided I’m going to learn from the best resource possible. A 1950’s guide to being a housewife. I’m waiting for it to arrive from Amazon, but it’s probably sitting in my mailbox and I just haven’t walked out to get it yet.

You’re probably noticing something else new about the site. It’s redesigned! I worked with┬áthe super talented Samantha over at Spiff & Sass and she helped me create one of the coolest updates my site has ever seen! I asked her to help me mesh Wes Anderson and the 1989 World Tour together, and I think she nailed it don’t you?

There will probably be a few more updates in the next weeks or so as I get back on my feet in the bloggersphere. I started school again and I’m taking 18 credits. It’s pretty tough to balance, but I know for sure I will be posting at the very least once a week.

Also, I heard a rumor that I might be bringing vlogging/YouTube videos back. That’s just a rumor for the time being though.

There will be a little bit of a learning curve because I switched from Blogger to WordPress so bear with me. It wasn’t because I wasn’t happy with Blogger, it’s been my solid foundation for 3+ years but I was having a hard time customizing it to the point where I want.

Thank you so much for hanging in there the past few weeks when there haven’t been any posts, I promise I have some awesome ones coming up for you guys!

Until next time!
